Dear Customer,

We know that you are eagerly awaiting your item(s) that you just purchased. In order to keep our low prices and not charge you with a surprising Shipping Fee at the Checkout as so many online stores do, the delivery time for our free shipping choice can unfortunately be long. 

Returns

We can only accept returns if the item is different from what you ordered. For Example:

• If on your order-statement it proves that you ordered a size Large but received a size Small, or received a different color, from that stated on the order statement.

• If you made a mistake yourself in the selection, we can not accept the return, therefore please review your order carefully before placing it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exception: It took longer than 30 days for the item to be delivered to you/your post office.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the package is damage during shipping - then contact the shipping company for a refund.
